What a PaRty!
Unfortunately PeR wasn't among the qualifiers for the final - But what a party! What a PeRformance! What a suPeR stage dive!

PeR walking the red carpet
Sunday it was time for the Welcome Reception held at Malmö Opera. All 39 delegations and artists were invited (Anouk from the Netherlands missing though), and the red carpet opening was streamed at Eurovision.tv. PeR was shining as well as the rest of the Latvian delegation! Again, we love their outfits!

Did you see PeR @ Eurovision Village?
Eurovision Village is located in the centre of Malmö city, at Gustav Adolfs Torg, and during the week of Eurovision there will be performances and different planned activites for everybody to enjoy. That means the city is already oozing of the ESC spirit! Malmö is the third largest city in Sweden and one of the largest ones in Scandinavia with a metro population of 664,000 people. The programme for Eurovision Village can be found here.
PeR was invited to play at the Estonian party yesterday, and wow - they were in good shape!

A suPeR night with San Marino & Estonia
Tonight the Latvian delegation had to split up in two teams.
PeR went to a Meet & Greet with the Estonian delegation and they had a great evening in their company. But when it's Eurovision time, it's more than often that you have to be at two parties at the same time. Therefore we split up and some of us, 2pixies included, went to EuroClub, to join the San Marino party.

Valentina Monetta gave a concert with jazzy tunes, including jazz-vamped versions of her Eurovision songs. She had a band with her on stage, and showed another side of her musical talent. We love a good live performance, and can only say it was a great event. Thank you for the music, Valentina Monetta! Oh! We also met another Giant. Yep, Giants seem to be the hit this year - take a look at our Instagram photos...
Now of to bed. Tomorrow is going to be an exciting new day for PeR and the delegation. PeR is going on a small Copenhagen trip - here we goooo!
